Fees

One fee per sale. Nothing hidden under it.

Pexally's fee pays for the card and PayPal processing, the checkout and being the seller. It is taken once, when the payment lands — and the rate is saved on the sale, so a change later never touches money you have already made.

Questions

Before you move your business in.

What is Flow?

Flow is the all-in-one business suite for freelancers, agency owners and business owners, made by Pexally. It puts 16 tools — clients, quotes, bookings, forms, projects, a task board, time tracking, proofs, files, invoices, products, subscriptions, email and team chat — in one workspace that shares one list of clients.

Will it replace the apps I use now?

For most freelance and agency work, yes: it does the jobs people usually buy a client list, a proposal tool, a booking link, a form builder, a project board, a time tracker, an invoicing app, an email platform and a team chat for. On Enterprise, your own website or store can talk to it through the API.

How do payments work?

Start on the Pexally gateway: your clients pay by card or PayPal on a Pexally checkout, and Pexally is the seller, so you never need a Stripe or PayPal account of your own. What you earn collects in one US-dollar wallet. When you grow, connect your own Stripe and PayPal on Enterprise and take payments on your own accounts.

Can I take payments for my online store or my SaaS?

Yes. Every product gets its own checkout page you can link to from your website or social profiles, repeating plans are billed for you, and on Enterprise your own site or app can create checkouts through the API. The money lands in the same wallet as your invoices — with or without a PayPal account of your own.

Can I sell physical products?

No — Flow is for digital products and services only: work you deliver, downloads, software licences, courses and memberships. Nothing is shipped, and buyers are never asked for a shipping address.

Do I need a card or PayPal to pay for Flow?

No. When your trial ends you can pay for your plan straight from your Flow wallet, out of what you have earned — or by bank transfer, mobile banking, Wise or Payoneer. We built it this way because not everybody starting out has a card or a PayPal account.

How do I get my money out?

From your Wallet. Once a payment has cleared, ask for a payout and it goes to your own local bank account. Pexally checks each payout before it is sent and emails you when it has been paid.

How is my money kept safe?

A bank account you add waits 48 hours before any money can be sent to it, and Pexally checks every payout by hand before it goes. If somebody ever got into your account and changed where your money goes, that wait is your time to notice.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Solo is for one person, Growth has room for 5, Enterprise has room for 10. Each person gets a role, and the role decides what they can see and do — so people only see the parts of the business that are theirs to work on.

Can clients see my brand rather than yours?

Your name and logo go on invoices, quotes and checkout pages on every paid plan. Enterprise can also serve them from your own domain.

How long is the free trial, and what is in it?

15 days, with Growth's features — for one person, with 50 emails a day, and payments that clear in 7 days. No card to enter. After it, tools your plan does not include lock until you choose one — but Finance and your Wallet always stay open, so you can always see and take out what you have earned.

Prices are in US dollars. How plan payments, refunds and cancellations work is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms.
