How it works
Email, step by step.
Campaigns and automations to the people on your lists. These are the same steps you will see inside Flow, in the guide at the top of Email.
- 01Say who it comes fromSet the name people see and your postal address for the footer. Pexally sends for you, with your name on every email.
- 02Know who you can reachContacts holds everyone: subscribers who agreed to hear from you and every client. Group them into the same lists Clients uses.
- 03Write a campaign and choose its audienceBuild it from blocks or paste HTML, start from a template, then send it to everyone, a list or a tag. Every email lets people unsubscribe.
- 04Let it run on its ownAutomations send a welcome or a thank-you by themselves. The automatic emails — invoices, receipts, quotes, meetings — can be reworded.
- 05See what happenedEach campaign has a report: delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed. Bounces and spam reports are never emailed again.
- Only email people who agreed to it: subscribers always; your clients only when you tick Also send to my clients because they have agreed too.
